2011 Nissan Armada Trailer Running Lights Relay

Question:
Is the in-dash relay for the tail lights the same relay as one of the brake/turn signal relays located under the hood?

If you installed a trailer wiring harness on your 2011 Nissan Armada and the running lights are not working, then you may need to install an additional relay under the drivers side dash. You can use one of the blue relays from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000 for this. For some reason Nissan included the running light relay on some models but not others, even if they did not come with a tow package.
The location for the running light relay is behind the drivers side dash to the left of the steering column (see photo).
