Question:
The video of the Rhino Rack load assist will not play, I cant fully tell from the pictures how this product works. I will need some kind of load assist device as I will be loading kayaks by myself often. Can you send me the video or step by step instructions?

I also attached the installation instructions you can check out. The kit includes 6 different clamps sizes so it will fit almost any crossbar configuration out there.
