Hitch Bike Rack Recommendation for Use with Pedago Boomerang E-Bike

Everything I read says this is the bike rack for me, but Im concerned about using it with my Boomerang. I assume the 12 inch step through is too low for the standard clamp, but Im also concerned that an adapter bar might not work because of the unusual configuration of the down tube. I hope you can tell me how to make it work.

I looked up pictures of your Pedago Boomerang and you would need to use an adapter bar like part # UB01 with the Hollywood Racks bike rack part # HLY84FR that you referenced. This solution would work well for you and would be our best option available.
The adapter bar will attach to the seat post and the steering stem to provide you with the needed attachment point.
