To Which Wheels Should Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD be Attached

Question:
I load atvs from the side what is the best way to mount the hardware to the deck using two straps per ATV. I was thinking one on the front right and one on the back left. What do you suggest

I agree and that is what I would do as well: one at the front and one at the back on opposite sides. Using the Pack'Em Wheel Tie-Down Kit # PK-WTD in this manner will make it more stable than having both tie downs on the same side. I have linked a video review of this part for you.
