will the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22inch to 72inch Wide Item # 13703 fit my 2015 Keystone Cougar 5th wheel?

Most likely yes, but we do not have specific trailer fit info for the Curt hitch part # 13703 as it is a multi-fit hitch designed to fit as many RVs as possible.
What you will need to do is measures the distance between the frame rails from outside to outside. If that distance is between 22 and 72 inches this hitch will fit and work well.
