I have a 2010 chevy tahoe with factory roof racks will this item work on my truck...

The Rhino-Rack Universal Load Assist # RR-RUSL comes with several attachments for different crossbars. While they do not show fits for any factory roof racks I am certain that at least one of the attachment types will fit the factory bars on your 2010 Chevy Tahoe with little to no modification.
