I have a 2001 ford f250 superduty with the firestone air bag system, will I have to do any modification to the airbag brackets?

The Draw-Tite Hide-A-Goose # 9460-48 will fit your 2001 Ford F-250 with the Firestone Ride-Rite Springs # F2550.
However, if you have the # F2071 Firestone springs they will not be able to work together because they install on the outside of the frame rail and will interfere with the gooseneck hitch.
