I have a 2016 XLR Thunderbolt by Forest River. Serial Number 4X4FXLK21GF161724. Im looking at your pin boxes. Can you determine which box will work with my system? And my unit weight loaded is 16638 by sticker on side. So what weight do I go with 18,000 or 21,000? to be safe?

You currently have a Lippert 1621 pin box on your 2016 XLR Thunderbolt by Forest River. It's rated for 21,000 pounds and I suggest sticking with that since it's what the manufacturer put on their originally.

The replacement part number depends on the reason you're looking to replace your current one:
