The Curt Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit, part # C16448-204, is available if you already own a 5th wheel hitch, like the Q20 part # C16130 and need to install above bed rails in your 2008 Ford Super Duty's truck bed. The kit does include the brackets, rails, and the hardware that is needed. These same rails are used for the Curt 5th Wheel hitches rated for 16,000 lbs and 24,000 lbs, and they are also compatible with Draw-Tite, Reese, Valley, and Husky 5th Wheel Hitches that use industry standard rails.
I have included some demonstration videos for you as well.
