The Timbren kit part # TDR2500CA is the correct kit to use on your 2007 Dodge Ram 2500, but you may also need lift spacers depending on your lift type.
Since you have a 4 inch lift most likely you have a suspension lift and you would need a total of 8 of the part # A25723-90AH00 to make up for the additional space. These are 1 inch spacers and you would need 4 for each side. You would need to provide a longer bolt too as we don't carry that.
If your lift is a body lift instead then no spacers would be needed. A body lift means the body is raised above the frame. Typically body lifts aren't used for 4 inch lifts and are seen more commonly with smaller lifts. A suspension lift actually increases the suspension travel of the vehicle so the spacers are needed so that the Timbren spring engages at the right time. Otherwise the Timbren would not be close enough to engage when needed and would be effective useless.
