Cant understand how Timbren will give me a harsh ride when nit towing vs Work-rite bags, both items seem to be about the same, what the height difference between the two, you cuase this harsh ride? Which of the two would help my oversprings to engage as well?

We have found that the Timbren setups affect the unloaded ride quality of a vehicle more than the other suspension enhancement solutions. For a similar solution that we have found to be a bit less harsh the Firestone Work-Rite kit part # F8632 would be a great option.

The Timbrens basically have a harder material makeup whereas the Work Rite bags have more of a progressive firmness which means they are softer at first and get firmer the further down you compress them.

For your application I'd install the Red-Label Air Bag Kit # F2709 along with a compressor kit like # F2158. This allows you to monitor and adjust the air bags on the fly so that you can have a better ride whether you are towing, hauling, or just driving around.
