Adhesive Availability that Would Adhere to Rubber Grommet A55GB

Question:
I will be using this for an RV, actually will be surface mounting into a recessed hole. I need to waterproof it. Will any type of adhesive stick to the black material this is made of?

The grommet part # A55GB is made of rubber so an adhesive like the # 0160297 would work well.
