What is the outside dimensions of the steel rod , is it 1/2 inch ? Thanks

Lippert Components Single Flexguard RV Slide-Out Kit Hardware, # LC1346271, has a steel rod that is 1/4 inch diameter, 8.09 inches long, and is 2.5 inches on center to the attached bracket. I've attached a picture to help.
