What screws/bolts do I buy to replace lost ones when using this rubber block?

The replacement hardware kit you need is based on the length of your truck bed. If you have a short bed truck you would need the part # TAHD-21501, if you have an 8 foot bed you would need the part # TAHD-21000-A.

I don't see the rubber compression blocks in that kit, do they need to be purchased separately??
