Option for Flat Towing 2004 and 2006 Honda Insight
Published 12/02/2016 >
Question:
I have a 2004 and a 2006 Honda Insight with Manual Transmissions. I need a baseplate for the vehicles, can you help? I see you have one for the 2000-2001 Honda Insight BX2223, will it fit? Thanks in advance,

Expert Reply:
The only option we carry for flat towing your 2004 and 2006 Honda Insight is with a tow dolly like the part # RM-2050-1.
What's great about a dolly is that you aren't forced to buy more than one setup to tow both cars.
You would need to check owners manual of both vehicles to determine if using a tow dolly is okay.
