Question:
I have a Pollak round 4 pole on my pick-up truck and a 7 pole on my trailer. Do you have an Adapter 4-Pole to 7-Pole Trailer Wiring?

I recommend the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller, # ETBC7, to convert your 4-way round into a 7-way connector. This kit will allow you to splice in your current 4-way wiring and includes the wiring, mount, circuit breakers, and other hardware to run an electric brake controller for trailer brakes. To splice in, you will have to remove the 4-way flat from this connector and use butt connectors like # DW05745-10 to pair your current trailer connector wires. This will give you a 4-way flat and a 7-way connector on your tow vehicle.
I don't have an adapter to connect a round 4-way vehicle to a 7-way trailer connecter, but you could make one if your trailer brakes aren't going to be used using part # PK11409 and # 50-87-004.
Since you have a 7-pole connector on your trailer, I assume your trailer has brakes on it and then you will need a brake controller to utilize those brakes. For this electric brake controller, I recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 which is a proportional controller, # 90195. This will allow the same force on your trailer brakes in proportion to your vehicle's braking action. It has an easy to read LCD screen that is customizable. It has continuous diagnostic checks that will alert you to potential issues. There is no code deciphering of lights, it makes things easy to understand and is an extremely user-friendly system.
I've attached a couple videos and a few articles for you.
