The Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 is a great option. It's extremely versatile since it can be bolted or welded on and fits C-channel, I-beam, and box frames. It's designed to fit frames from 22 to 72 inches wide.
You may want an adjustable ball mount on the RV like the B&W Tow & Stow # BWTS10037B. This comes with two different sized hitch balls and has a 5 inch drop and 5-1/2 inch rise.
You'll will want to check with the DOT in your area and the areas you'll be towing for any restrictions, if any. In some states it is illegal to tow a trailer behind another trailer.
If putting the bike in your truck's bed is your only option the only thing I can recommend for it is a ramp like # EM07464 or # EM07486 depending on how heavy it is.
