RE: Curt 13323 class 3 hitch for 2008 Tacoma. Does the included hardware kit include the two spacers to go between the hitch and the vehicle bumper bracket? Does the kit include the four 4 bolts and washers that attach the hitch to the vehicle frame from beneath?
