What Would Tongue Weight be for Trailer that Weighs 1,800 lbs Loaded

Question:
I will be pulling a Motorcycle tail trailermade for a trike weighing 600Lbs and the Trike weighs 1200LBs,??? Not sure what that pin weight would be..

Typically tongue weight of a trailer is 10 to 15 percent of the total trailer weight. So your trailer would weigh 1,800 lbs total which means the tongue weight would be between 180 lbs and 270 lbs.
