A 4.80x12 trailer tire will work on the Dextar Mini Mod Rim 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern, # AM20153. Depending on what the primary use of the trailer will be, you will want to consider load range. The load range indicates the horizontal and sidewall strength of a tire. The load range letter correlates to the number of plies and load pressure in pounds per square inch (psi). The functional application would determine a recommendation, which I'd be happy to help you with.
With the Dextar rim, you'll want Lug Nuts like # CE11051 or locking lug nuts like # RG01-150.
