I checked out your purchase order to see what hitch and bike carrier you purchased.
The trailer hitch you purchased is part # C11222. This is a Class l trailer hitch and it has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening. You can use a hitch adapter like part # HTAD to use with a bike carrier that has a 2-inch shank. Using any adapter in your trailer hitch reduces the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent. Another note of caution is that a Class l trailer hitch is limited and can only handle two bikes.
I also saw you purchased the Pro Series Q-Slot Platform-Style Bike Rack PS63138. I am afraid you will not be able to use the 2-bike add-on with the trailer hitch on your Camaro. The weight of the rack and bikes added to the adapter like # HTAD will place too much stress on the rear of your vehicle.
