Vmc900r jack. Is there a difference between the lead jack and follower jack repair kit .if so whats the difference and what do I need??

The difference in the repair kits for your VMC900R will be the Drive Shaft; a lead leg kit will have a different shaped shaft than the follow leg.

The replacement Landing Gear Kit for Venture Follow Legs is # LC146060, while the Lead Leg repair kit is # LC146059.
