Does Curt Bracket Kit C16411 Come with Hardware to Attach to Fifth Wheel Rails

When U say comes with all hardware does that include the 8 or 10 1/2 - 13 x ? inches long carriage bolts to attach the rails? Also how thick are these brackets? this is for a Chevy Silverado 3500 dully I have rails but might grind off the heads of bolts to remove them from my other truck.

The only way we can recommend the part # C16411 for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 is if the rails you currently have are made by Curt. We can't recommend mixing rail and bracket manufacturers. The brackets are 3/8 inch thick and all of the needed hardware is included including the hardware that attaches the brackets to the rails.
If you do need Curt rails you would also want the part # C16104.
