Thanks for the model and serial number information on your Shorelandr pontoon boat trailer. Trailer makers do not usually maintain detailed parts records for items like hubs and bearings but we can certainly guide you in selecting new ones.

There are several things to match up as you choose new hubs. First you need to know your axle weight rating so that you can select hubs with the correct weight capacity. Second you need to match up your wheels' bolt pattern to ensure your wheels will mount on the new hubs. Third you need to choose a hub that uses the very same inner and outer bearings as your current hubs to ensure the new ones will fit on your spindles.

Axle ratings are usually found on a plate or sticker on the axle beam itself, or you may sometimes find this on the trailer's ID plate where its VIN and capacity appear. This is the easiest way to confirm your bearings but in case you cannot obtain the bearing numbers this way you can measure your spindles to the nearest thousandth of an inch with a caliper like # PTW80157. Again, pulling the bearings to get their part numbers is the way to go.

For example, if you have 3500-lb axles, a 5-on-4-1/2 bolt pattern and your hubs use bearings L68149 and L44649, then you can use hub/drum # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you have E-Z Lube spindles, or part # AKHD-545-35-K for standard spindles.
