Good news! I can help you get the correct Draw-Tite hardware for your 2017 Subaru Forester trailer hitch.
The Draw-Tite # 75876 is confirmed to fit your vehicle. This will be the number for the "Hitch Item Number" you will place in the box on the Replacement Hardware Kit # RHK product page. Then simply pick the Draw-Tite manufacture from the drop down box and then hit the add to cart button. This will get you all the correct original hardware so that you can install your hitch to your 2017 Forester.
I have linked the replacement hardware kit page to this answer page for your convenience.
