Question:

Im looking at MT70033 to adapt our Touareg receiver to a cargo carrier that has a 1.25 inch hitch. Is this the most suitable product? Thanks

The MaxxTow # MT70033 will reduce the capacity of your Touareg's hitch by 50 percent, because of this I would instead recommend the # HT02 which has a maximum tongue capacity of 300lbs.

The # HT02 will use a 5/8 inch pin diameter to mount into your hitch. To lock this to your hitch you will want # e98880 or for a non-locking pin and clip # PC3.
