Question:

Does this hitch fit a 2011 Camry Hybrid. Intended use is for bike rack only. Bike rack clamps the wheels of the bike. Very sturdy mount so no straps needed. Thanks

The CURT Trailer Hitch, # 12343, will fit a 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. The CURT Hitch # 12343 is a Class II 1-1/4 inch receiver and includes a drawbar, pin and clip.

The strap in question is the CURT Bike Rack Strap with Cambuckle, # 18050. CURT warranty requires, all non-trailer loads including such things as bike racks and cargo carriers, use a support strap. To maintain the warranty on the hitch, the strap will need to be used.

Since you will only be using the hitch for a bike rack, I would recommend going with the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, part # 36416. The Draw-Tite hitch does not include a draw bar, pin or clip, so it has a lower price point, and does not require using a support strap with a bike rack.
