Question:

I have a 3 axle trailer 4 of the hubs use 7/8 lug nuts, 2 on one side are 13/16 lug nuts, will the outer trim rings work on both and are they simular looking?

Yes, the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Hub Covers # PXQT765CHN for 13/16 inch lug nuts and # PXQT865CHN for 7/8 inch lug nuts are both compatible with the Phoenix USA QuickTrim Ring Cover # PXQT865CLO.

As for the looks they're identical. They both measure at 8-3/8 inches diameter and 4-1/4 inches tall. The pictures of each on the product pages make them appear to have a different color but I physically looked at each one and there's no difference whatsoever, other than the lug nut size they fit.
