Height of the Shaft Holes from the Plate on the One Piece Bracket for 12" Roller for Boat Trailers

Updated 01/19/2026 | Published 01/15/2026

Question:

I would like to use this on a drive on floating boat lift, with the large plate bolting in a horizontal position to the structure. Can you tell me what the height of the hole will be in this position, measuring the distance from the flat plate to the centerline of the shaft hole?

Hey Chad. From the flat portion of the plate to the center of the bolt holes is going to be right at 3" on the One Piece Bracket for 12" Roller for Boat Trailers item # 408300. You'll also need the Roller Shaft 13" x 5/8" item # CE10727A and a Guide Roller like item # YR12243-5.

What kind of boat do you have?
