The best way to make sure you get the correct bearings and hub components for your axle is to remove the hub and the components and see if you can find the part numbers on them. I have attached a drawing that shows where you can typically find the part numbers on the bearing, races, and seals.
If you are unable to find the numbers you will need to take some measurements of the spindles on your axle. On the attached drawing it is noted where the measurements should be taken. You also need to measure the inside diameter of the hub to make sure you get the right items. I recommend using a digital caliper like part # PTW80157.
Once you get the dimensions let me know and I will be glad to see if we have the parts you need.
