How you wire up lights such as # BUL002CB or a similar light is going to depend on what function you need the lights to perform. You also have to check the state DOT regulations for motorcycles to determine if you can have white lights on the front of your bike that are not head lights.
If you want to be able to turn the lights on and off as needed then you would just need to attach the white ground wire to a bare metal surface. The red wire you could run to a switch such as # PK34513 and then run a wire from the switch to the bike battery.
If you want the lights to come on with the head light then you would splice the red wire into the headlight wire. The black wire you can just cap off with a wire nut and stow out of the way.
If you can tell me which light you are looking at and what function you want them to have I can provide more information.
