Wedge Shaped Trailer Jack Recommendation for Changing Flat Tire on Tandem Trailer

Question:
Im looking for an aluminum half moon shaped unit that goes on edge under your axle when you have a flat tire on your rv, and you drive forward, and the unit rocks the wheel up in the air to change the flat. Ive seen them advertised before. i need one asap. Dont know what they are called, and dont know if you handle them.

We have just what you are looking for. The Andersen Rapid Jack part # AM3620 is a wedge shaped ramp that you can roll your trailer wheel onto to fix a flat or use it upside down as a chock.
