I just received my new awning p/n LCV000231508 for my 18foot Jayco Kiwi.. I see no spring assy at either end. How is this to roll up? regards,

You will need the Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Drive Head # LC271181 and Solera Manual Pull Style Awning Idler Head # LC272397 as the roll bar and fabric you bought does not have a spring assist to it.
