The Kenda ST205/75D14 Bias Trailer Tire with 14" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C Item # AM3S455 has a speed rating of 81 mph.
For a very similar wheel with a radial tire with an 81-mph speed rating we have the Provider part # TTWA14RW that uses the same wheel. A radial tire would be your best option.
