is there a mounting kit and instructions to install a rbw little rocker in my 2010 ram

RBW has gone out of business but as long as the Lil' Rocker mounts in industry standard above the bed 5th wheel rails you can use a different brand installation kit. Industry standard 5th wheel rails have mounting tab slots spaced 10, 20-1/2, and 29 inches apart on center side to side and about 22 inches front to back. I have included a picture showing this for you.

For a custom installation kit you can use # RP50142-58 if your 2010 Ram is a 1500 or # C16420-204 for a 2500 or 3500. I have included links to the installation instructions for both kits for you.
