Is Cut Trailer Wiring Difficult to Reattach

If the has brakes and some one cut the wires is hard to fix

I hope they didn't cut the wires as a way to get revenge on you...
It's not hard to reattach trailer wiring though. Just use solder and electrical tape or butt end connectors. If the wires were cut the colors would match right up as well as the lengths.
