Question:
We are going to be towing a Heartland M27 Mallard and I want to find out what size sway bars we would need on a Toyota Tundra 2011

Your Heartland M27 Mallard travel trailer has a dry hitch weight of 475-lbs, but you really need to know the actual fully-loaded tongue weight (TW) of the trailer with all of your supplies and gear loaded in order to select a weight distribution/sway control system (WD/SC). You also have to account for the weight of anything in the Tundra that sits behind the rear axle, say a generator for example, since this weight will also act like trailer TW.
We offer a handy scale # e99044 but other methods for determining your actual loaded TW are outlined in the linked article. Based on the 475-lb dry hitch weight we can, for an example anyway, estimate your loaded TW at 750-lbs.
You can use the linked page to select your total TW to then see suitable WD/SC systems that will work with the Mallard's electric brakes and that will allow you to back up the trailer without having to get out of the truck to disconnect anything. Click on your TW figure to see systems that are rated appropriately.
The system you referenced, the Equal-i-zer 4-Point # EQ37100ET, is a great choice for a 750-lb TW. It is a complete set-up with shank and 2-5/16-inch ball. All you'll want to add is a thin-walled socket # EQ70-00-4800 for hitch ball installation.
