What is Preferred Method For Securing Truck Tool Box to Truck Bed if J-Hooks Don't Work

I have a UWS box on my Tacoma that has come loose from the original J Bolt mounts. The box is able to slide forward and back, along with side to side. What is the best way to secure the box to the bed again?

Best way is to drill a hole through the floor of the tool box and then through the bed of the truck and then run a bolt through both. This is the best way to secure a tool box.
