Question:

I have 34inch frame rails measured outside to outside on my 2010 Chevy 2500HD, will the C15312 work? Everything else works.

The 34 inch frame width you have means that you have a Cab and Chassis 2010 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. That means that the hitch you would need is the part # C15800 as it is designed for this style of vehicle whereas the part # C15312 you mentioned is for wider frames.
