Question:
I have a boat trailer and I think the leaf springs are wore out. I think the axels are 3500LB. The boat is a 27foot 6000LB boat. The leaf spring is 22inch eye to eye. What is the heaviest spring you have that will fit? Thank you.

We can help you with new double-eye leaf springs for your boat trailer with 3500-lb tandem-axles. Usually axles will have a plate or sticker that tells you their weight rating.
Old, worn springs tend to stretch. If you remove one of your leaf springs and measure its eye-to-eye dimension it is entirely possible that it will now measure longer than it was when installed. If the spring is still installed in the suspension it is hard to get an accurate measurement unless you jack up one side of the trailer to take the load off the spring. If you can completely remove the spring you'll get the most accurate measurement.
The springs we offer for 3500-lb axles are 1-3/4-inches wide and come in two lengths, 23-1/8-inches eye-to-eye like # e59SR and 25-1/8-inches eye-to-eye like # e54SR. All three leaf springs for this axle capacity can be seen by clicking on the link provided for you. I also linked our main page for other trailer suspension parts, like shackle straps, equalizers, etc, just in case you find that you need to replace some of those parts too.
I also included a helpful article on double-eye trailer suspensions that you may find useful.
