Will the Swagman X Mount Work with Anti-Rattle Device of Hollywood Racks Sport Rider HR1400

Question:

Hello. I have a Hollywood Sport Rider bike rack that has an anti wobble tension bar that draw the rack tight to the hitch. Will this Swagman mount work with the Sport Rider 4 model HR 1400 even though it has the anti wobble tension system? I assume it would be able to draw tight to this mount as it does to the hitch but want to make sure. Also, will it hold the 74lb weight of the rack when assembled as a 4 bike rack? Thank you.

Yes, the anti-rattle bolt of your Hollywood Racks bike rack part # HR1400Z will work well with the Swagman X Mount part # S80940 that you referenced. It would install and work just like if you were installing the rack in a trailer hitch.

The mount also has a 100 lb weight rating so the 74 lbs that your rack weighs will work just fine.
