Is this tire and wheel combo suitable for a tandem axle trailer since it is a bias ply tire?

The Kenda 205/65-10 Bias Trailer Tire with 10 Inch Galvanized Wheel # AM3H490 will work well on a tandem axle trailer. The bias ply construction of the tire does not have a correlation to the number of axles on the trailer. A bias or radial trailer tire can be used on a tandem axle trailer.
As long as the existing tires on your trailer are 205/65-10 size tires and the wheels are 10 inch wheels with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern, the Kenda # AM3H490 tire and wheel combo will work well for you.
Keep in mind all of the tires on a trailer should be the same size, load range, and construction for best performance. Additionally, tires should always be inflated to the max psi listed on the tire's sidewall.
