Both the Roadmaster Falcon # RM-520 and Falcon 2 tow bars, among others, are compatible with the Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mount kit # RM-035. The kit fits your 2014 Jeep Wrangler that has the off-road bumper with 3/4 inch thick D-Ring bumper mounts.
Safe and legal flat towing a vehicle also requires other components, including a wiring/lighting kit, safety cables, a supplemental braking system and also often a high/low hitch adapter to keep your tow bar within 3-inches of level. As always, we suggest you read your owner's manual to see if there are any steps required to ready the Wrangler for wheels-down towing.
For lighting you can use either a plug-in harness # HM56200, magnetic lights like # TLL21RK or a hard-wired diode kit like # RM-15247.
