We have a few inner tubes only that fit inside the gooseneck trailer outer tube and will allow you to tow the trailer with a 5th wheel trailer hitch. Adapter # BD0289640300 is a popular option. It is basically the same as the inner tube for # KPG5-R25 only with a larger skid plate. The outer diameter of this tube is 4 inches which is a standard size for inner tubes so it will slide in to your coupler's outer tube. I have included a link to a video review of this adapter for you.
