One of the reviews stated the holes of the receiver and rack dont line up?

I was able to go out to the warehouse and confirm that, Yes, the Yakima HoldUp 2 # Y02443 will fit into the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier # S80940 great. The pin holes lined up and I was able to get the pin through the hole.
The distance from the back of the Swagman accessory holder to the center of the hitch hole is 5-1/2 inches. I have attached a diagram for you to better see.
