I do not see one for the 5.7, which one should I use?

Transmission coolers are pretty universal in the vehicles they can fit. The part # D13504 would be an excellent choice for your 1998 Chevy Silverado 5.7 liter. I attached an install video that shows it being installed in a similar larger GM SUV.
You would also want the fitting part # D13018 so that you don't have to cut any metal lines.
