I went to the warehouse and measured the # AKIHUB-545-2-2K you asked about.

I have attached a photo of the hub with the dimension you asked for. The hub depth outside to outside is 4 inches. This is an idler hub assembly for 2,000-lb axles and will work with 8-inch to 12-inch wheels. This has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and the hub assembly comes with bearings, races, seal, grease cap, and lug nuts included.
