are these bright enough to use for backup lights on a enclosed trailer

The # ILL72CB is actually pretty bright. It puts out 513 effective lumens so it would do a great job as a reverse light for an enclosed trailer. Typical reverse light bulbs are rated between 350-500 lumens so this would work just as well as standard reverse lights.
