Is there a difference in the mounting heights between the two setups? Whats the lowest and highest setting for the 16920?

The adjustable height range for the Curt Q16 hitch part # C16120 is 13-17 inches. The slider hitch version of this hitch is the part # C16521 which has a much higher height range of 17-1/2-21-1/2 inches.
