I have a set of Curt 16100 5th wheel mounting rails and wanted to know if the Curt 16441 rail mounts would work with them, im really trying to get away with out drilling any holes in the frame. Thanks

The Curt Custom No-Drill Fifth Wheel Bracket kit, part # C16441 would work great on your 2004 F-150.
This bracket kit includes the custom brackets and hardware needed to attach the above bed rails in your truck bed. This hardware kit will work well with the # C16100 base rails you said you have.
